Are bow strings all about the string?
I have a 2007 Hoyt Vectrix bow and wanted some better strings.
I ask over at Archery Talk and decide to order Winners Choice. (They are not a sponsor here are they because the Mod at Archery Talkwill ban you for any negative comments about WC?) The sales lady makes me feel stupid and when my string suppression system serving is a little off, it is my fault, even though WC says they have all the specs. Sorry for me.
I then find Jason at Wolf Den Bow Strings because my brother used him. My brother made the wrong measurements and Jason sent him a new string free. I order a set of cables and strings from Wolf den for a third of the price and they are better. I mean fit better, look better, just better.
Needless to say my WC strings and cables are under the padding in my case for an emergency. And of course, Jason from Wolf Den was forced to leave Archery Talk because he would not become a sponsor, even though other sellers are not sponsors either.
