I had one when I used a two prong rest and it worked great. When you draw back the flipper flipps up and out of the way.
I have since gone to using a whisker biscuit and like that even better.

EDIT: sorry i see you are new to bowhunting so if you don't know what a whisker biscuit is here is a link

Thanks. Yes i know what the whisker biscuit is. I only want to put the "NAP Fast Flip Arrow Holder " this year. I'm having a bow, which is not perfectly "tunned" for me(and can't correct it). Next year a want to change my bow and put a Drop zone.

When i'm drawing back, is there any sounds made by the flipper?

No not really... I mean you hear a little bit but thats just because your ear is24 inches away from itif you were staning 5 ft away you wouldn't be able to hear anything. Your clothes will make more noise drawing the bow than that flipper will. Its all soft rubber so noise is not really a factor. If i still used the prong rest I would definatley still have that flipper.
Good luck and get that bow shooting good before you hunt with it. You owe a quick kill to the animal you hunt.
