Default New Lone Wolf Assaults

Does anyone know if the new Lone Wolf Assaults have all the leveling adjustments that that the Alpha has? I can't seem to find out if it comes with the offset bracket for those really tough leaning trees. Some of the places I'm hiking into are a mile or farther in, and the difference of 4 lb. to this old manis a big deal. Thats why i'm thinking of passing on the Alpha. Thanks for any help or advice.

It does not have the offset bracket. I made the mistake of thinking it did and I bought one. It's a nice stand, and works great to take in with you for a camer man, but I don't like hunting out of it. The platform is noticeably smaller than the Alpha and for hunting I like a larger platform. I'm gonna sell my assault and get another alpha.

I was wondering if I plan to use it for 3 to 4 hr. hunts where i'll be standing most of the time, if the smaller platform would cause me too much of a problem. At 5'8" and 165lb. I don't take up to muchroom. I hope I get to lay my eyes on one before I have to decide. Thanks for your advise, and the info on the offset bracket.

You might not mind the smaller platform. I'm 6'1" 210 so I take up a bit more space than you.

Better check the info:

http://www.lonewolfstands.com/shoppingcart/Products/Assault-Hang-On-Stand__HOSAT.aspx

The Assault does have the offset bracket and the leveling system. This is a change for this year. If the previous poster purchased one without these features it may be safe to assume that it was last years model.
