Default Bowtech comes through for me

About a week and a half ago, the string broke on my guardian. There was a little splintering done to the limbs where the cams hit them. The cams were fine. All signs point to the peep cutting the string. My proshop is an hour and a half away, so I couldn't just drive up to have it fixed. My sister was going to be in that area so she dropped my bow off for me. I had already discussed the problem with my proshop. They knew it was coming up to see them. That was this last sunday. I received a call Wednesday night at 9:30pm from the proshop advising me that all the repairs were completed. Another family memberstopped and picked it up for me asi couldn't go get it until this coming weekend. I am very satisfied with the result. New string, limbs, and cams. A new peep was even put on for no charge.

I have had great customer service with bowtech and my proshop. First my cable slide was wearing andbowtech sends two new slides to my door.Second, my peep cuts the string and bowtech takes care of me in justfour days. The peep manufacturershould have been the one footing the bill, but bowtech stepped up and made me a happy customer again.
