i have the same ones i guide in down in south texas. just make sure that they are broke in good. what kind of hunt are you going on, javalinia?

Yep, broke in great now, been wearing them every chance that I get. I LOVE THESE BOOTS!!!!!! The Gore-Tex is the best thing about them, took 50 kids canoing yesterday, standing in COLD water about 12" deep off and on for 3 hours. No leaks, comfortable feet.

We are hunting rams and hogs on the Turk-Nine ranch just north of Brackettville, Kinney County Texas. We are going there the first full week in August. We all bought some type of snake boot, breaking them in now before the trip. I have been wearing these so much, that my buddies are saying that I'll have them worn out completely before the trip.
