I think 5-6 years ago there were more sights that were a bit umm fragile. Most of today's sights are pretty rock solid and fool proof. Most have very good lighting and pin adjustablity. I've been extremly pleased with my Black Gold sights, the pins are very tough as is the rest of it, but I think almost every brand is pretty good now.

I was going thru this few months back, and I decided on the RT900 for price. It is a good sight. Everything is metal except the fiber. So I think it will withstand some abuse. Just carry extra fibers or rig a protection. If you're using light for the fibers, you don't need to change them. If not, I suggest replacing those fibers with Fitz. They're awesome in low light. The only thing this sight needs is micro adjustment.

Add Cobra Sidewinder Models. They have about 4 models. I would advise to get the one that is a higher line model with the dove tail mount and entended bar, along with fivepins. Has the smaller pins but they are bright.

I have the lesser (cheaper)camo model with three pins and wish I would have gotten the other. But mine is a dandy sight and tough. Came with a light on it. My Opinion.

i'd have to agree with the Sword Twilight. i've used or deal with most you have mentioned and i always go back to and stick with the Sword on my rig.
they have the brightest fibers stright out of the package of any i've messed with and stronger fibers as well. they are pretty much the same fibers from fitz that is put into the Spot Hoggs but are slightlystronger and brighter.
if you have any questions feel free to ask as i am currently customizing a bunch of these right now for orders mixing and matching different pin sizes.

I rcently purchased a Sword Twilight and it is one awesome sight for the money. They can configure it the way you want it. I mostly hunt and have all green .019 pins. That works for me.
