I wonder how the Guardian would compare speed wise to my Equalizer at my 26 1/2" DL and 60 lbs. Being a short DL I hate to give up any speed if possible. But, I know that the Guardians will likely hit the stores here in the next month or so and I know that I will try one

Hey Terry,
I too am wondering about this. I just bought an XT but here at the end of the year, if the bowtechs go on sale, I'll be looking to pick up an equalizer because of my short draw.
Now the guardian DOES go down short enough for me with my 26" draw length so I'll wait a year and read everybody's short draw guardian review.

I was told that in comparison the Guardian is better by specs but as for speed and price the difference isn't worth the buy. I've spoke to some friends who have shot the Guardian and they say it's an absolute dream but the cost is the kick in the pants. PERFECTION ain't free!
