I just got my new Bowtech Guardian but i can't shoot it until Christmas and I still have to buy a rest for it. I've been thinking about the Fuse Fallaway but what rest do ya'll use and prefer?

I'm a Zero Effect fan, but there's some concern that there may not be enough slide travel with the Guardian to use it in its current form...

I was talking with Mark Land about this (Muzzy's lead tech guy, and the guy you see on the DVD...) and he doesn't think it's going to be a problem right now, but we're waiting for someone to try it on the bow. I've got an extra MZE just waiting for my Guardian to get here...

I'm a Drop Zone fan. Very simple, trouble free rest. Straigh up, straight down. No noise. No mess. No fuss. Install, tune, and forget it. Just don't forget the moleskin on the shelf....

I also like the drop zone, but LenInMaryland said the Guardian is finnicky about rests. You may want to get in touch with him and see what he recommends.

If the muzzy works I would go with it, but if it doesn't there are plenty of good rests on the market.

I talked to my local dealer the other day and surprisingly enough, he recommended the Whisker. I am going to be using my Guardian for hunting purposes only, so I think that I may go this route. He said the Drop Zone is a nice rest, but it ultimately comes down to the archers choice. I don't think you can go wrong with those mentioned. It comes down to what you will like. I'll take the 1 FPS difference from the WB if it means that my arrow stays in place while on the stand.

By the way, pics of the bow would be nice. I don't think anyone here gets tired of looking at the Guardian.
