Default QAD Ultra-rest pro lock down

What have you guys heard about this rest? Is it any better than the Ripcord or a Trophy taker. I don't know anybody who shoots a QAD so I was hoping to get some reviews from you guys-Thanks

first year useing one I used TT before that . advantage with the Qad over the TT none as far as a top of the line rest. But I do like the way it holds the arrow up. If i did'nt get it for a heck of a deal i would be still useing the TT..

All of the rests mentioned here are good but I like how the rip cord keeps the arrow traped.Which ever one you get the best deal on ,for me

The qad and the ripcord are in a class by themselves being the only full capture fallaway rests. that said, the qad is better than the ripcord because the ultrarest will, after cocking up,stay up even when let down.It will only drop when shot. The ripcord will not.

Apa also makes a full containment fall away rest.

I have used both the qad and the rip cord. The 1 thing i like over the the rip chord is that is is a ture caupture rest, you have to basically let the arrow fly to have the rest drop away

i have the quad rest after owning the trophy ridge drop away rest. this rest is perfect for treestand hunting and above average for stalking prey due to its full containment design.
