My opinion....
1) I do not have access to a device that would allow me to measure nock travel. However, I do trust and respect Len' s expertise and do remember his making mention to the fact that he was able to tinker with the Cam.5 in order to achieve it. So my thoughts would be that the bows do not come out of the factory with perfectly straight and level nock travel. How much that affects tuning or accuracy is another issue entirely.
2) I have handled literally dozens of the Cam.5 bows this year and I have yet to see one that had cams rotated even remotely close to what Mathews showed in the picture in their advertisement. If the Hoyt bows are not coming out with incorrect sized cables then why put one on and then comment on it? The same thing would happen if I stuck a short cable on a single or dual cam bow. The cam(s) would be out of time.
3) Despite my personal biases on this issue, it would appear that Hoyt has taken some of the market away from Mathews...at least by all the accounts I hear from local Hoyt/Mathews dealerships. Desperate times...desperate measures and all that...you know how the story goes. Nothing more than that in my humble opinion.
