I had a Razortec for about 3 months and it is without a doubt a top notch bow and a nice shooter and the cam.5 is sweet. However, i' m not a fan of split limbs and i don' t like the tec riser and the grip just never felt right in my hands and i couldn' t seem to get use to it so i sold mine. I have several friends who have one and swear they wouldn' t shoot anything else. It' s a super nice bow but it just wasn' t for me.

I posted this over at AT....
In the last 2 months I have had 3 bows. 1st an SQ2 that i' ve been shooting for over a year. Then I bought a Patriot Dually and liked it quite a bit but the valley was way short and took some getting used to. Then about a month ago I bought a used Razortec. I took that and the Dually out together, I shot the Dually first for about 50 shots, then I shot the Razortec about 10 times and put the dually back in it' s case and sold it the next day. Now I' m not bashing Mathews or Bowtech because I really liked both those bow, but that Razortec is the best bow I have ever shot. Now that' s MY OPINION for what it' s worth, with that and about a quarter you can get a cup of coffee.

I have had the razortec for about 5 months now. I would say that the only thing I dislike about it is that it is so short in length. yes, i knew its length when i bought it but didn' t think that it would be a problem for me. where its a problem is that even though it has a long brace heigth, i still shoot very eratic with it. i think i would have opted for the longer bow, maybe the ultratec. virtually no difference in speed. everything else about bow is great: quiet, smooth draw and let down, good back wall, no shock in hand when shot, servings on ends of string don' t creep like on mathews bows. I am not sure why the bow isn' t very forgiving, it could be my speed at 252fps with a 28 inch draw. overall, my very old pearson one cam spoiler was much more consistent when shot than this bow. perhaps some is the old spoiler was a bit heavier and longer axle to axle than the razortec. any comments??
