It's the basic SOP. There are a couple of more up-scale models. Need a couple hints with entanglement? Reflective tape on the two shoulder straps. Different color for right and left.

BGfisher, thanks for the reply. I like the reflective tape tip. Here is one for you ...Roll up the long strands and putrubberbands around them . they will stay tangle free., works great!

Rubber bands is good too. Anything that can help. But ya know what's the best idea? Use it often. The more you use it the more familar it becomes.
