I bought a new Summit ViperX5 in Feb.It came with a free harnessthat now has a recall on it. My problem is I cut off the tag onthe harness when I got itand to get a free replacementI have to send Summit that tag. Does anyone know how to handle my problem and/or know who to contact that could help me out?

Have you filled out the online form, or called them? If you have filled out the form, they send you a postage paid envelope and instructions. Fill out the form, place form and tag in envelope and mail. Simple. I had mine within a week.
