I'll stick to my $20.00 Kwikee 3 -Arrow, that weighs a fraction of the TR. If I was a top Elk hunter, I'd probably be looking to design the lightest weight stuff around if I was treking for miles in the back country! I'm treking miles in the midwest stand hunting, that's why the smaller, lighter, and more compact the better!

do yourself a favor and buy the alpine soft-loc 3 arrow quiver. it's silient, sturdy, and light; everything you could ask for in a hunting quiver. i agree w/ the lone wolf. i also wounder if those guys at trophy ridge hunt. i used their sights for a few years and they were built like tinker-toys.

I would agree that I am not a huge fan of their sights, but this quiver is the best out there. I have a bohning panther quiver that I used before I bought this one and the cheaper models don't even compare as far as quality goes.

nater3,

Your opinion is certainly shared by everyone who has tried one.

Hey Cornfed' You think that quiver is light because you used to carrying that tank of bow around. I shot Hoyts for years and Know fisr hand they don't know how to cut weight from their stuff, which is fine from a tree stand or a blind but when your hiking 6 to 12 miles a day for elk you don't want to carry unneeded bulk. I use a Catquiver or a Kwikee 3 and have less into those than the Trophy Ridge. I also agree about them making stuff that is not hunter friendly.
