I purchased a string and cable for my Outback from The Bow Rack in Oregon which has the best price I've found anywhere(38.00 for string,32.00 for cable and 6.50 shipping). When they arrived, the center serving was fuzzed pretty bad on the string. It is shootable but doesn't look to good. If it had been a 15.00 string, I would have just re-served and went on. I called Winners Choice and the guy I got hold of was a joy to deal with. I told him about the problem and inquired about what serving they used so I could possibly re-serve the string. He said they used a machine to serve the string and he didn't want me to keep the string. I told him I didn't want to take it off and send it back and have my bow down. He said he would send me a new string and a return envelope. He said I would have to give him a credit card number in case I didn't return the string in 30 days. I didn't have a problem with this. He said the only reason they require this is a few people have not returned their old string. I was very satisfied with Winners Choice's service. As I said the serving would probably lasted for years but they didn't hesitate to take care of the problem. Don

I too have had great CS from them in the past.
I bought a set from them and had it about 14 months. I started seeing a little serving seaperation at about 10 months but is wasn't any big deal so I dind't worry about it. I finally called them about it and even though it was past the one year warranty period when I did they still offered me the option of a half price string if I wanted.
I decided to keep the ones I had cause they were still good but most companies would have just said too bad so sad.
They have great CS and IMO the best strings and cables in the industry.
