I tried my 04 viper this week for the first time and must say it's the best stand that I've ever used ,i don't have any experience with the other choice but I'll definately say that the Viper is a top notch stand .

I own 4 Summit stands . IMO I do not think you can go wrong w/any Summit stand,but the new Bullet is sweet I got one this past Year and love it .I have found the bar does not get in the way while bow hunting.
