Default Bowfishing in the Outer Banks?

Hey,

I will be taking a family vacation to the Outer Banks in NC later this month. Does anyone know if there is any type of Bowfishing allowed in the sound side? What species can you take, what kind of licenses do I need, all that stuff. Thanks!
