Default What fishing shop/boat rental On the outer banks...Corrola, NC???

Greetings

We're taking a family vacation first week of august to Corola, NC and wondering if anyone can recommend a fish shop as a contact for a possible guided day and/or boat rental DIY set-up...or just a boat rental for waterskiing with the family???

Thanks

Don't know of any that far north off the Beach? If you check around MP 10 on the sound side there are a few rental shops. There are more on down twards Buxton also, but that won't be much helpp in Corolla. Have fun!

Stick with bottom wreck fishing but private charter. I think you will need to look at Oregan inlet.PM me if you need more info.

Sightseeing on the Outer Banks is a fun and inexpensive way to spend the day. Take the kids to Jockey's Ridge, the East Coast's largest living sand dune, or to the North Carolina Aquarium in Manteo where they can watch sharks swim, alligators prowl and get hands-on with rays in a touch-tank. Visit the grounds of the four Outer Banks lighthouses-Currituck Beach Lighthouse in Corolla, Bodie Island Lighthouse in Nags Head, Cape Hatteras Lighthouse in Buxton, and Ocracoke Lighthouse on Ocracoke Island. History buffs will enjoy touring The Whalehead Club in Corolla, The Wright Brothers Monument in Kill Devil Hills, or the Elizabeth II, a full-size replica of one of the ships that first sailed to the New World, in Manteo.

I am actually trying to get the same information, but just with updated details. I considered starting a new thread but since someone already asked... I figured I'd just BUMP this one so anyone else who is looking can see what the suggestions given are.

Honestly, more than anything I want to do a bit of fishing off of a boat, and maybe get a good recommendation of somewhere decent to eat. Thanks ahead of time.
