FOR CAYUGAD
Have you shot Barnes Expanders in your Wolverine? I bought a 10 pack and the .50cal Aligner, but
they load Tight. It's that normal? Like I told you before, all I have shot is Hornady's XTP's. They were
excellent from day one and never changed. I am going to try more Brands and started with Barnes.
Which ones have you tried?

RE: FOR CAYUGAD
Yes I shoot the 250 grain Barnes Expanders in my .50 caliber Wolverine II. And they do fit tight, although they go down without too much effort.
The accuracy from them are hard to describe. I have a RED DOT on my Wolverine and this target was testing the RED DOT and the Barnes Expanders. I changed the 3MOA dot to the + lens and it threw one of the shots off, but I am more then pleased with the little rifle. You might also notice, I do not push them as hard as some do, but I think I could push them a little harder. In the Black Diamond XR I pushed the Barnes Expanders to 120 grains and they still held true.....

I also shoot;
No Excuse Conicals did real good with 85 grains of Goex 3f
Lee R.E.A.L. concicals did all right.. nothing to get excited about.
I make a 405 grain pure lead flat point .458 diameter lead bullet that I shoot out of a .458 diameter Knight Sabot shooting 85 grains of Goex 3f.
The Knight Red Hot sabot in I think they were 260 grain shot real good with 85 grains of Goex FFFg.
T/C 240 grain Mag Express XTP's shot excellent using 80 grains of Goex 3f are my play load.
Knight 310 grain lead bullets with high pressure sabots on 80 grains of Goex FFFg shoot real good.
I have also bought a large number of powerbelts but have not shot them yet. They were shooting so good out of the CVA that I kind of left them for that rifle....

Thanks for the INFO! Was worried about it being to Tight, but you answered that.
Will be trying the one's you mentioned. Good show on them targets.
I have a CVA ECLIPSE and will be trying those PB's you mentioned.
THANK'S AGAIN!
