Wow, somebody suggested mag sub bases while shooting 3 777 pellets or 3 50gr pyrodex pellets. Wow, what a difference it made. I shot not one but three sub 1.5MOA groups at 100 yards with 240gr .45 XTP's with 3 777 50gr pellets at well over 2000 fps with my knight disc elite. I was tickled pink.

I have read some other posts on those sub bases and similar results. I guess I am going to have to try some of them in my inlines. That is some nice groups your shooting there. And with those kind of speeds, you should be happy, thats a real long range rifle now.....

where did you purchase your sub bases?

Thats with XTP's. I really want the SST's and PRBullets to fly well. I just hope I get these groups next time. I am not holding my breath. These are the best groups I ever got with a muzzleloader, so I am jazzed up.
