I just recieved a response from Lehigh (that was fast!) These nipples are now available 
I plan to order 2 and Run them in my .45s since i shoot them the most. I will keep updates on my Results with them, How many Shots, Bullet Weights, Powder, and Charges. After each shooting session i will pin gauge Measure the Flash Holes and Keep track of them.
