The weight in this new copper they have now that will perform like the Brass with the petals is 235grn. That's pretty much I think what your looking for. Im going to pick those up in early March and ill send you some to test.

I would be interesting to see what the existing 215gr CF weighs if made in copper. My best guess is...things get a bit more complicated as the weight goes up with monolithics. CEB's 240gr looks like it should work in sabots but it obviously wont, at least not in a SML....not sure about BH209.
I would imagine he can plug the new value (copper) into his CAD and stability software to get a very good idea of what to expect. I also think the copper might help that design separating better at the nose of the bullet. I also think copper might yield a few more BC points which is a HUGE plus for the SML crowd. A 40cal with over .300 BC that shoots in sabots could be very very popular.
This is of course just a wild guess.
