I thought you were one of the ones that said the Western Powder version was better??

It doesn't mean they both don't work. The Western is supposed to be a slightly better design, but you feel the difference shooting them both.

Even though it cost more. The Western comes with wrench, drill, pin vice, and o-rings. That's a plus.

I just want the best one. I don't want any excuses after the fact that I could of prevented.

they are both reliable and when compared side by side in looks and performance, you can not tell the difference. I just like the tool kit the western powders version comes with. I do believe cva offers a tool kit/drill bit holder on their site.

The way Tom is acting should tell you hes playing a goof Pete. That's why you need to chill on the other post. These guys see any weakness, they go and take a bite.

Ok thanks, to the best of your knowledge they are equal quality. I'll just order it from CVA or that other link provided.

If I send you the factory plug right out of the gun how fast can you drill it for a vent and get it back to me? I know it's hunting season and all.

I'm not talking to them directly, but to all who are new and reading what's being said. All they're doing is letting me get my point across.

i have one of each and can not tell a physical difference in them except that the CVA version has "BH 209" stamped on the face of it. The Western Powders one does come with the extras mentioned, which is a plus, but does cost a bit more. They have both been shot hundreds of times and I have never seen any difference in performance and both are still pristine.
