Mix 777Pellets & granular
Hey guys still having trouble getting a group with my Black Diamond. Husband thinks I am using to much powder . I am using 100 grains of 777 in peelet form. Can you mix pellets and granular in a load. I am asking because I have several pellets can' t afford not to use them.

What are you using for a Bullet? My TC shoots 1- 1 1/2 groups with two Pyrodex pellets and the TC mag sabot with the Hornady XTP bullet. I use the .429 300 grain bullet.

Thanks for all your help. I have finally found a couple of loads that produce groups I can live with. I am getting an average 1 1/2 - 2 in group at 100 yards. I found my gun does better with 777 powder versus pellets. Right now I am using the 245 gr. Powerbelt aerotip and the 260 gr. Winchester Platinum Tip. I am using both of these with 95gr. of 777 powder.
