Mix 777Pellets & granular

Hey guys still having trouble getting a group with my Black Diamond. Husband thinks I am using to much powder . I am using 100 grains of 777 in peelet form. Can you mix pellets and granular in a load. I am asking because I have several pellets can' t afford not to use them.

What are you using for a Bullet? My TC shoots 1- 1 1/2 groups with two Pyrodex pellets and the TC mag sabot with the Hornady XTP bullet. I use the .429 300 grain bullet.

My disc shoots alot better with 150gr than with 100gr .. You could try that and still use your pellets. ..Bill

Thanks for all your help. I have finally found a couple of loads that produce groups I can live with. I am getting an average 1 1/2 - 2 in group at 100 yards. I found my gun does better with 777 powder versus pellets. Right now I am using the 245 gr. Powerbelt aerotip and the 260 gr. Winchester Platinum Tip. I am using both of these with 95gr. of 777 powder.:eek: Thanks Again
