Your going to love those pp bullets.Ron got me hooked on them last year.killed two deer with them last fall. one was in the chest out the hindquarter 125yrds,onechest shot at 50. Both DRT.Dont plan on recovering one from a deer. I dont think they even slowed down!

Yes that paper is 9# onion skin. I am going to try to find something to pack them tomorrow. Ron

What are the bullets?

Underclocked 01-13-2013 08:50 AM

My guess - the LEE C501-440-RF without gas check.

corey012778 01-13-2013 11:40 AM

yes, the 501-440.

ron, I was looking up the paper last night. going to look around local before I order any. been using tracing paper to pp with.

Muley Hunter 01-13-2013 11:45 AM

I never messed with this. How does it work? Is there lube under the paper? Does the paper burn up on the way out?

corey012778 01-13-2013 12:59 PM

the paper becomes confetti on the way out of the barrel. no lubes. degrades the paper.

comparable fouling to sabots. in fact, if you think about it is a sabot. just a little more green then poly. lol
