Cayugad - He can't see 50 yds without a scope. That's why he has the 3 sinful sisters around. So they can help guide him around his food plot. He'll soon be carrying a muzzy in one hand and one of those long white sticks with a red tip when he goes hunting. :s5::biggrin:

I've seen some of his targets...pretty darn good shootin' fer a blind feller!...:fighting0007: :lolabove:

Dang it Bronko. That ain't nowhere near true. I think you're dealing with the mistaken belief that others of your age share your many infirmities.

The fact is I can see 50 yards without a scope. In fact, I can see quite well far beyond 50 yards. It's that dang little front sight that's only twenty-eight inches from my eye that I can't see. :s2:

That's about the same problem I have. I used to be able to read the paper without my glassed but then my arms got too short. And when I set the paper down to just beyond arms reach the print was too small. And that's also reason why I am always taking off those blasted fiber optic sights. The red front looks like a '8' to me.
BTW - I loaded up that .44 levergun. The magazine holds 13 rounds of 44 mag. Can almost get #14 in there. All that lead darn near doubles the weight of the rifle...:o
