So when we were hunting in New Mexico i found this bad butt 4x3 muley skull way back in public land and figured i'd take some pics of it. In new mexico its illegal to take antlers with skulls attached unless you take it to the nearest game and fish department and PAY for it. They say its to prevent poaching and then later going back for just the head, but in truth its just another way to have the person fork over more money out of their pocket.

Beautiful skull and the lava rock just made the perfect background for it.

That is a nice skull and horns. But I can understand their reason.

Just curious Devil, do you know how much they want to charge for something like that?
