A Renegade is always worthy of a Photo, and 2 Thompson Center's are twice as worthy. And if that Remington shoots well, what more do you want? Other than another muzzle loader to add to your collection just for kicks.

The T/Cs have accounted for a pile of deer. The Genesis is catching up. My next gun will be a re-barrel of a Savage bolt action 308, to an Indiana legal deer cartridge. Must be at least 35 cal, and case length no longer than 1.8". The guy I will have do this is seeing about 2550 FPS with 200 gr bullets. In the attached pic, you can see the Genesis leaning on a sapling. Shot this doe at 95-100 yds with a 350 gr Hornady FPB over 100 gr Pyrodex. Passthrough, with decent and short bloodtrail.

Bronko - I hear ya on the thick cover. As it happened this deer was in the wide open when shot. It ran about 75 yds and ended up there. When I got to the deer, three others were looking at me from 50 yds, and I could not have shot any of them. No way to get a bullet to them.
