250grn Bloodline, 120grns of Bh209 by volume, Harvester short black sabot P/N... H5045SB, Winchester primer, and an Elk tag. A winning combination for sure.

Shoot Chet, I just looked in my hunting regulations to check my hunt this year and with the tag that I bought I could be hunting now - but the best part it goes to Sept 15... I always said I would never hunt the 'green field' season in August - to hot way to hot but in September we can get some really cool mornings... might just be worth a walk in the woods... I do not have a Mountaineer - but I am betting the Extreme 52 will do a jim-dandy job...
