Bas-pro has a deal on B/P guns.they have a CVA mag-bolt 150 , with kit.it has everything you need to start except powder.including a veido tape that show what,and how.all for only $199.95
it even has a scope with it,bullets, lube(bore butter)capper-decapper,pick,cleaning sol.with patches.
For the price,it' s not a bad gun. I have two and like them both.no problems.
I use the Pyrodex pellets.
So all you have to do is get some pellets and start shooting.JMHO[:-]

Thank you ..... That does sound like a good deal...I will have to go check it out...
The only problem that I can see is that I live in Canada and Bass Pro is in the USA.... but as they say " " where there is a will there is a way" "

Thanx again..

Thompson-Center rifles are high quality, and an EXCELLENT one is the Lyman Great Plains rifle... I recommend the .54 caliber IF you plan to shoot bear and moose as well as deer. If deer only, a .50 is adequate.....
