Well we all know that either with out the other is useless so it has to be a reasonable combination of the two. I know that the 54 with a PRB is very effective at 2000+FPS and I know that my .270 with a 130 gr bullet is very effective so I believe that any combination that is comparable to the foot pounds produced by them would be effective if applied right. The definable difference is range a big heavy bullet is very effective but what the point blank range is and weather it meets a persons needs is the important question some of us want the point blank range to match our longest normal shot. The normal longest shot can vary from 20 yds to several hundred in the same county in this state.

Girly man.
