Yes my rear sight is as far as it goes down. I am thinking about going with a Thompson/Center z5 Omega.

What you think about it. good gun or not.

hate to tell you this but my Omega was jacked up with its open sights. 7-8" high @ 5 yards and maxed out all of the way.

Send me that rifle to take a look at it. I got plenty of spare sights to try out on it.
