Does TC authorize any dealers to do warrenty work? If not I hope they correct the down turn in their customer service. Espically for all you TC ml owners.

Hey Tom,
Did they give you some sort of tracking number for a refernce when calling?
With all the support they have you would think they could set up some type of web based tracking for gun repairs.

I asked that same question. The answer was no. They dont even let you know they got your gun.

Boy Im glad I never had to deal with TC, I hate not getting any answers, let alone a Tracking Number, they should do that if anything. Im not putting TC down, they make great MLer's but they should do better with Customer Service.
I bought a CVA ACCURA when they first came out and when I recieved the ML there was a problem with it. I called CVA and with in (Minutes) I had a (Pre-Paid UPS Shipping Label) e-mailed to my computer to send it back. Now it get's even better....I was told to ship the ML back and as soon as the UPS Tracking Number was in the system I would have a New ACCURA shipped to me. I copied the UPS label on my printer, packaged up the ML, went to UPS, shipped it and the next morning I had a Tracking Number for My New ACCURA that was on it's way the very next day. In three days from start to finish I had a new ACCURA. Now That's Customer Service!
The best part was My New ACCURA was on it's way befor they even got the one I sent them........beat that TC!

well something must have changed, when i sent in my triumph last year i received a note in the mail that they received it with a work order #.the action on mine had loosened up a little and the barrel had some pitting due to my improper field maintainace during hunting season.so i sent a note with the gun asking to tighten up the action and if i could buy a new barrel for my favorite ML.two weeks later i called and was told it in the inspection room.a week later i received a brand new triumph! i'll be a TC fan for life.........karl

That's the problem i have with T/C. I dont want a new gun, i want my gun. I specifically noted that on my paper work this time. If the ML is not fixable, that's a different story.

Two months ago today, i sent out my Triumph. I still do not have it back.:bash:

Grouse45 03-18-2010 03:06 PM

First off, my Triumph came back today. Just a hair over two months. And they did not replace the barrel or the gun. Thank God. But they sent the gun back without the breech plug. Everyone makes mistakes i know. But with the turn around time and now this????? I really think it's pathetic. If CVA and T/C are the future, i highly suggest buying a couple Knight Elites and sale the rest. It's a shame because the Triumph is a pretty darn good ML for anyone.

Tom,
I guess when T/C was bought out the new owners forgot what the word customer service was all about. I hope who ever buys Knight keeps up with the buyers needs when it comes to repairs.
