As far as I know, Knight is no longer SELLING rifles. Which means customer service operations are burning through someone's pocket, probably while they look for a buyer to restart production.
What happens if they don't? Without a revenue stream, customer service will eventually fold. I would not depend on it being around for any amount of time.
I'm going by internet rumors, so correct me if I'm wrong and they do have some sort of revenue stream or confirmed plans to start selling guns again.
I have nothing against Knight guns, except for a few flop models (that probably led to their downfall) they made some fine guns. I just don't see a company without income staying around.

Who would be pushing a product out of production and getting very hard to find? More like they are trying to answer questions based on fact and with often extensive hands on experiance. I give them far more credibility then someone making every post an interview for a field testing or leg humping position.

Omega? $200? Score! I can't think of any better for the price...and it's hard to beat the omega regardless. They're simple and shoot well, I like the trigger on mine (super crisp, weight is decent). About the only downside is its not the easiest to clean the breechblock face. No problems with mine, toss me some 250 shockwaves and watch 'em drop.
