For $200, does anything beat the TC Omega?

For $200, does anything beat the TC Omega?
As much as I hate the place, Wally World has them on sale for $200. I'm assuming it's the Z5, but don't recall for sure. I'm thinking about getting into muzzleloading, so this would be my first. The extra two weeks of lower-pressured hunting in VA would make a big difference, IMO.
Regarding the thread title, yes, yes...it's all subjective. I'm looking at it from a quality, accuracy and reliability perspective. I know the thing has to feel right in my hands, regardless.
Also, can I use the Otis system to clean a muzzleloader? That's all I use and it would be nice not to have to buy anything else. I'm assuming once you remove the breach plug, you're clear out to the muzzle.
Thanks!

While the Z5 does not live up to the more expensive ones (especially the older ones with the welded actions), it is still a good gun. The only weakness is the cheap plastic stock. Lots of people use them, and find the accuracy acceptable, though if you get serious you may want to replace the stock with a laminate.

IMO, for $200 you can't go wrong with the Omega Z5. I think I paid about $299 for mine 6 years ago. I 've used this gun for 6 seasons and haven't had a problem with it. Of coarse their are newer and better muzzleloaders, but this would be a good gun to start with. I've got my eye on another muzzleloader, but I will still us the Omega during Minnesota's muzzleloader season. Again for $200 I don't think you'd be disappointed.

Well maybe, I paid 150 for my Omega 4 years a go a WM year end sale, if they have several they might come down some more if not better jump on it. I got a Triumph for 175 because the dealer mistakenly ordered the wrong one and wanted me to take it any way.

For $200.00 i would get the Knight Vision. A step above the accura and Z5 in my opinion. It should come with the new breech plug that does not use the red plastic jackets. Pretty much no blow back at all.
BTW- The new plug is BH209 ready as well.

its a 2 steps down IMO. The visions are having issues with not setting off primers. I'd take the omega over the vision and im not big on tc so that should say a lot LOL. The omega/accura are reliable with BH209, the knight, is not.

Opinions are usually worthless on the internet. Having owned the Omega Z5, The regular Omega, and the Accura, and two Visions. All the others are gone and the Two Visions are still here. The only Visions that had problems are the one's from the Sportsman guide. But even then a very easy fix to send back to Knight to get corrected.
