Do you ever make pork steaks out of them (shoulder steaks)? If you don't you should. I don't know how wild piggies taste, but this is the best cut of pork other than bacon (who doesn't like bacon?) Sear them on the grill, then turn it down and slow cook them, add generous amounts of BBQ sauce the last 5-10 minutes... mmmm! I like them with stuffing and whole artichokes with my wifes very good garlic butter dip. That's a good meal right there!
