Wakeman has been banned from nearly every gun related website. Randy Wakeman is in the pockets of a Tulsa, OK ambulance chasing lawyer. Some of those guns were blown up with smokeless powder.

I have not read all the case dockets, so you might be correct in that smokeless powder was used to blow some of them rifles up. Some do claim they were not using smokeless powder. A few I read wereusing manufacturer approved powder, and actually some of the loads were what I would have considered safe. Then there is the question of who is telling the truth of course. I was not there watching them load, nor did I see the gun in question.
As for Wakeman being in the pockets of lawyers, I have no facts to support or rebutsuch a statement. I would be interested in hearing your facts though. Shoot it to me in a PM if you like. If you mean he is called on to testify in court cases, I have heard that is a fact.
As to will that site stop me from shooting my CVA Staghorn? Not a chance. Its a great rifle and shoots very well for me. All I am saying is there is another side to this question out there. Whether you want to believe what is posted and the people that post it, is a personal choice.

I would suggest there could be such a site for every brand of firearm made.

i have done a lot of research on this and have some good contacts on this subject. Guess who their "expert" witness is?
That still has little to do with the site I mentioned. It is a matter of perception. If you believe the information stated in it, then you would not purchase a BPI product. If in the case of you and I, we did not feel the information valid enough to stop us from making a BPI purchase, that's our take on it. Yet, I do consider the information they state. I admit, I have not read the entire site yet.

also noticed in one of the cases, RW's testimony was not allowed
i dont take anyones word for anything, pictures and all. RW got nasty with me when i emailed him a simple question about the length on the Hornady FPB. After that my view on him is in the toilet.
I've chatted with Toby Bridges on another forum and even though we've gone at eachothers throats, i truely enjoy him as a person and like the fact that he can get off topic in a fun way just like all of us on here.
I may argue with him about the Patched round ball, but other than that, hes a good guy. I can't come close to saying the same about RW.
Why doesnt RW post pics of savages that have blown up?

Underclocked I could not agree more. And that's why I said, there are normally two sides to everything.
And actually Dave, there aren't just 2 sides - I believe it is usually 3.
Side 1
Side 2
Side 3 is somewhere in the middle of the 1st 2 and is where the truth usually lies.
