Much better. Now we need one of the corresponding cut in the cam - and similar ones of an older model.

Somebody better give him those pictures. You know how UC can get when he doesn't get what he wants.

Well, I sold my blue/black one when I got my laminate thumbhole one. That would have fit the bill. I think I bought it 2 or 3 years ago. I'll check when I get home and see if I have any pics of the cam. I think I recall taking some of the action for a guy who was looking about building me a custom stock for it. There used to be a guy on here Roskoe I think was his screen name that bought his the same month I did. Haven't seen him around for a while though.

Ok so I looked through my images and this is as close as I can find. I have none of the actual face of the cam. I took a similar one just now of the new one for comparrison. After looking at the image of the old one I am now convinced that the finish of the older ones was different. It was a lot smoother and glossy.

That being said, I had buildup on the face w/all powders except BH. After about 8 shots or so I would have to wipe it as it would get hard to open. It will be interesting to see if the new finish is better or worse than the old one.

How is that gun on blowback? Or does it not exist due to the cam?

I haven't fired mine yet either but from what I've heard the blowback isn't that bad.
