I just finished a 3 day muzzleloader hunt here in Arkansas with no luck. The weather was awful wind 25-35mph with gusts in the 40's and rain. Terrible weather to hunt in here, deer movement was nil. Oh well reckon I will have to wait until next year's MZ season.

I get that way sometime too. I got out Saturday and made some smoke. I played around with some maxi balls some more. The wind was blowing way to hard, cross wind at that, to do any serious load work.

We only got 12 inches of snow so it was not a big deal. At least the strong drifting winds missed us. It was seven below this morning, but I think I will let the snow sit for a while. I do not plan on shooting today either.. let ut warm up a little and the snow settle.

Ah heck, Dave, at least shoot the snow off that bench!!
