Many years ago I had a friend that I got into muzzleloader hunting. He ordered a traditional cva muzzleloader and after firing and cleaning it the first time he later told me he never owned a gun you had to give a bath after shooting it. He said he almost sent it back but decided to keep it. My friend was well up in years and on our last hunt together before the good Lord called him home he took his first and only deer with it. His was a big doe and I later took a yearling on the same morning. May that new rifle produce many smoke filled mornings of a big buck or doe on the ground for you.
