Both of my Remington Genesis came in today!Got one for me and also one for my nephew.Both were in great shape shipped from Cabelas in Nebraska to Virginia but UPS is pretty rough in handling but they both looked good.Even came with a DVD that I have not watched yet.Will be about four weeks before I can shoot it yet just to hot now as about 90 in the day and 55 or so at night.Lots of deer this year in Virginia as I am seeing also some nice Bucks so far just riding around and on top of the Skyline Drive park system we have here.Ready for fall hunting as squirrel season comes in September 6 and me and my boy will do plenty of this before deer season comes in.Going to buy him a Mossberg 410 pump thursday as this will be his first real gun other than his BB gun.More fun watching the look on his face and excitement from shooting than for me to harvest a deer.Iam sureI will probably be asking more questions so thanks to all for the advice! One of the best ways to scout for deer is to go squirrel hunting with a .410 pump.
When I go during early season, I'll carry a little foam cooler filled withreusableice packs to cool them offuntil they're dressed.
