Default camo or no camo

OK i had decided i was going to buy the full camo triumph for 489 shipped. from a shop in fl. it is the cheapest price i found.

Walmart has a black weather shield fiber optic sights with speed breech.
Walmarts price is 347.00 plus tax.
so i will be paying 140 dollars or so for camo.
As far as i can tell and know there the same except for the camo. Heck i think Tc makes three triumphs one black with a blued barrel. one that is black with weather shield and fiber optic sights. camo with with a green barrel and a rare to find full camo model.

what do you guys think heck 140 bucks would buy me a Glendale full rut target deer or a decoy.

Well it comes down to "function" vs beauty. If function is your highest variable, then select the all black. If beauty (in eye of beholder, cause camo is not beautiful to all who look at it), is your big variable, then select camo. Comes down to that.

Just goes to show `ya. I dislike camo on guns. I wantblued barrels and wood stocks. I know the synthetic stocks are more practical, but if I was going to be practical I wouldn't own a bunch of sidelocks.

While the camo is nice, it really is more for show then for anything else. I would go with the plain jane model and save some money.

Blued, weather shield,or camo....all that should matter is how it shoots out of the business end of the barrel. I don't own a stainless or a camo'd gun. Mine are all blued and the deer certainly don't care.

Personally, I kind of like the looks of camo/stainless, but that's just me. Get what you like. In theory, they should all shoot the same regardless of what it looks like. For me, a gun is an investment and something that I need to know I'm going to be happy with for a long time. If the extra $150 is what's going to make the difference for you, then go for it.

I found my all camo at D***s for $449 a while back just after season, was going to buy a black, but they were sold out and had this one and only sitting there with a reduced discount tag. I couldn't help myself.
