Default Antique Smokepole

Can anyone tell me where to get information on an antique muzzleloader? Tried Dixie Gun Works, no luck. The one I am trying to find out more about has 5 barrels that rotate (one hammer), no identifying marks that we can find, and is (if I remember correctly) around a .35 caliber. Have seen pistols like this before, but this is the first longgun of this design I' ve seen. The best guess we have so far is it was made before or during the Civil War.
