I am using a 6 power Leopold scope with Leopold mounts. It made round holes going thru the cardboard. What happened is I sighted in at 100 yards then moved a target out 200 yards and could not hit the target and could not tell where I was hitting, so I put a large piece of cardboard out at 200 yards and held my crosshair at the top of the cardboard and hit about 30"below the top. I fired about 4 rounds using the same loads and it pretty much scattered in about an 18" area but all at least 30" from the top. I quit after the 4 rounds and plan to go out again this weekend.

Check your scope and mounts - make sure all is secure. Check your barrel's crown to see if there is any damage and make sure there's nothing strange going on there. Make sure the action is secure in the stock.
Are you swabbing after each shot? I would. Are those sabots easy to load or do they go down pretty snug?
Your results at 200 are not at all what they should have been. Something is wrong... either the scope shifted or is failing, the crown was damaged, a gross shift of the barreled action in the stock, the loads were somehow changed (volume measure moved?), or you are pulling those shots down.
Shoot again at 100 yards first to see if your results there are not also much lower. If you can't figure out what is causing this, try a different bullet.

"I took my White 50 cal Ultramag out and sighted it in today. I have it shooting 2" high at 100 yards. The load I am using is 90 grains of Triple 7 triple f and a 250 grain Barnes bullet. What surprised me is when I moved out to 200 yards the bullet dropped about 30", does that sound right?"
Do not put too much faith in ballistic charts. There is absolutely no substitute for shooting the rifle at the longest range that you plan to shoot game at. You have done that and found a 30" drop at 200 yards. You can either sight the gun to hit higher at 100 yards (not recommended) or load some more powder in the barrel. Try about 110 grains of the same powder, re-sight the gun at 100 yards and see how much the bullet drops at 200 yards.
