What we need is to let teachers bring back order in their classrooms like days of old. Let the teachers beat up that student who is a nuisance and restore order. They only have a classroom of witnesses to say what happened. Hell in grade school that nun slapped your hand so hard with the ruler it made you think twice.The teachers need to take back their classrooms and quit lettingthestudentsrun all over them. I support the teacher who does this,unfortunately society has now come to suing everyone and that teacher now loses his/her job.

Gotta' laugh at that. I had a nun that would grab a wad of your sideburns between her thumb and finger and start walking fast to the front of the room where she made you sit beside her desk. Believe me - you would follow her there with your head turned sideways and dancing feet.

Those nuns got away with everything. I had one throw a desk through a closet because "someone" put a whoopee cushion in her chair. I will never forget the sound of crashing wood and steel.
