I ordered a LH Knight MZ from Bud's Gun Shop in KY. The picture shows a LH bolt. The model is a Knight Disc Long Range Hunter. The rifle arrived-the bolt is RH. I called them, and after some phone tag I found out from them that Knight does not make a LH bolt MZ. They said they had no idea how they got a LH MZ picture(go to there site and you will see the picture-unless they already pulled it). He did offer to refund my money. I am considering keeping the rifle-it is what I wanted. And after all MZ's are single shot only-so which side the bolt is on is irrelevant. The rifle shoulder's well, IMO the cast on the stock is neutral. Do you guy's think Bud's should do something for me, because of their mistake??? The fellow there told me he would call me twice, but he did not call me! I had to call back twice, and he did not even have the information he said he would have for me. I made three long distance phone calls to Bud's, and I should not have had to make any. Tom.

The picture I see now has the bolt on the right side. The description says, left handed palm swell and safety on left side. Is that correct on yours?
My guess is the reverse image of the picture was used. The person putting it in probably saw it was a left handed gun and assumed the bolt was on the left side. Easy and honest mistake to make.
Poor customer service............that stinks. You can always call them again (on your own dime again) and complain. Who knows.

Send it back and get a refund if you like. As for the phone calls that is something you just have to write off. Lately a lot of companies have gotten into the call you back habit, but never do. It is not good business in my book and so my alternative is, I avoid doing further business with them.
Personally I would mail the rifle back and get something different that I wanted.

I always go to the manufacturers site to check out the guns I may purchase but thats me. You didn't realize you weren't buying a left handed gun so in my opinion you are at fault as well. I'm not sayingthis to be mean so please don't take it that way. I think you should know what your buying. They offered you a refund, you say your considering keeping it, it's irrelevant which side the bolts on. Your really out a couple of phone calls. Enjoy your gun, punch some hole in some paper, and don't sweat the small stuff

If you like the ML then just keep it but if it's not really what you wanted and you think you would be better off with something else then get your money back. It sounds like it's the model you wanted, so if you can live with it being right handed then keep it. As you stated it's one shot one kill.
