I ordered a bluedmodelthis morningfrom Tj General Store
. Should be here in aweek or so. Total, with shipping, was $294.75, not bad at all. Now, I've just got todecide what scope to puton it.
Underclocked....Thanks for thelink to Natchez Shooters Supply. That's a great price on the stainless model. I almostordered it, but realized they're in Tennessee, so I'd have to pay sales taxon top of shipping charges. Talk about a double whammy.

You might look at the Burris Fulfield II scope. I bought a 3-9x40mm that has a ballistic plex crosshair. I have not shot it yet but the dots on the ball plex are bigger than some and I believe that it will make a good bullet drop compensator. Price is usually around $200 or a little less. By the way I think you are going to like the rifle. I have looked at it and consider it the best of the two new ones from Knight. Like the lack of the plastic carrier also.

Congratulations on the new rifle. I would hope you post pictures of the block, action, and breech plug. I am kind of interested in one of them as well. I have only seen pictures of them but they look real nice. I think I would go with the stainless steel model but that is just personal preference on my part. I will sure be looking forward to your range reports. The only reason the KP-1 and the Triumph do not interest me is I have no need for center fire rifle barrels, so I see no reason to invest into something like they offer. Although I could go that route, sell off a lot of center fires rifles and then just get a couple barrels...
You want a great scope for that rifle and not spend a lot of money, take a look at the Nikon Pro Staff in 2-7x32mm. It is a shotgun/muzzleloader scope with excellent eye relief and great clarity. I have one on my White Rifle and love the thing.

I'll get some pictures posted when it comes in. The pictures I've seen of the action really look good and perked my interest almost immediately. The kicker was the goodreview it got in American Rifleman. I'm anxious toget it in and on the range.
cayugad.....I was thinking something in the 2-7 power range would be perfect.I'll take a look at that Nikon. Swift makes a 2-7x40 and a 1.5-4.5x32 thatI've also been looking at.
UC...With sales tax and shipping, it would havebeen around $24 less expensive. Oh well, one dollar short and one day late, I guess.
