I was at walmart and found a cheap rifle rest. Actually turned out to be pretty good and solid for $28. I also found the exact same scope that the gun shop had! $69 brand new at walmart and the used scope i was looking at, the shop wanted $75! Glad i held out. But im going to be shooting the 45 tomorrow off the new rest and see how it does. I'd love to shoot the winchester but im still out of bullets for it[:@]

Im really going to like this rest. I shot the 45 6 times today at 50 yards and after i got everything set up and adjusted, It was wonderful to see the barrel steady and not rolling around. Im loading up right now to take the x-150 and the 45 to the NRA range and shoot it off their cement tables. Im going to start out with 100 yards right off the bat and then 150. Also going to pick up some 250Grain XTP sabots and give them a try in the x-150.

I looked at the WM down here and they don't carry that rest. Looks like light weight plastic. is it sturdy?
