Why the Lyman frizzen?
It would be really cool to get the Hawken 58cal flint barrel fromFoxridge since it will fit the Renegade and you are ready to roll! A 58cal flintlock would be sweet!
It is the last Hawken Barrel before the NE barrels.

check above the item on e bay there is a lock that ends in 4 hours also t/c flinter from a hawkens ,both are the same lock
t/c only makes 2 sizes lock large and small, both locks hawkens and renegade are the same size.
I like the lyman frizzens over t/c frizzens,I have one lyman frizzen on my 50 cal. flinter must have over 500 rounds threw it and still sparks like new
The only problem to fit a lyman frizzen to a t/c lock you will have to do some filing otherwise no major task
I have 3 flinters all are t/c from 45,50 and 54 cal. did think on a 58 cal. but but I have no need for one.
I think my 54 cal. will stop anything that walks on 4 legs and from what I see and know the best barrel are the ones with no model on them, early serial numbers are the best and will tack drive round balls with heavy charges.
I like barrels with 4 to 5 digits in serial numbers even a K in the serial number makes no difference all are tack drivers.
